Electronic Court Record (ECR)

If you are a party to a case in the Maricopa County Superior Court, you may be able to view from your home computer the documents that have been filed in your case by registering for the Electronic Court Record (ECR).  The ECR is available to parties and attorneys of record in a case.  Case documents may be accessed by parties and attorneys of record for adult case types (excluding Mental Health, sealed cases, and confidential documents.)  Documents are generally available for cases from 2002 to the present as well as from 2005 to the present for older cases.  Probate cases are generally available from 1997 to the present. Juvenile case types are not included in the ECR. You must register to use the ECR and an Arizona driver’s license is required for online authentication.  Additional information on accessing the ECR along with a link to the online registration form may be found on the Clerk of the Court’s website at  https://ecr.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov/login.aspx.
